how to make Homemade pineapple icecream

ingredients

1. 1 1/4 cup whipping cream
2. 1 tsp milk powder
3. Pinch salt
4. 1/4 cup condensed milk
5. 1 tsp pineapple essence
6. 1/4 cup pineapple crush
7. Some pineapple chunks

 

methods

1. Whip cream to soft peak...
   
2. Add milk powder (sifted)and salt and pineapple essence to it and beat it a beat
   
3. Fold condensed milk and pineapple crush in it...
   
4. Mix pineapple chunks in it...pour in a freezer container..cover with cling film to avoid ice crystals..
