how to make Homemade pineapple icecream

ingredients

1. 1 1/4 cup whipping cream
2. 1 tsp milk powder
3. Pinch salt
4. 1/4 cup condensed milk
5. 1 tsp pineapple essence
6. 1/4 cup pineapple crush
7. Some pineapple chunks

Whip cream to soft peak...

Add milk powder (sifted)and salt and pineapple essence to it and beat it a beat

Fold condensed milk and pineapple crush in it...

Mix pineapple chunks in it...pour in a freezer container..cover with cling film to avoid ice crystals..

Freeze for 8 hours...Enjoy
