6 each red potatoes

shredded cheese (your choice)

4 oz butter

habanero
-
4 clove garlic

1 cup almond milk

paprika

6 oz velveeta cheese

1/2 lb bacon, chopped

2 each green onions, sliced
methods
- Preheat oven to 350.

Slice the potatoes about 3/16 of an inch thick. A mandolin works well.

Spray your 9x9 pan with oil and put down a layer.

Cover with a layer of cheese.

Do this until you run out of potatoes.

Melt the butter and add in your chopped garlic and habanero. Bring to just boiling.

Pour over the potatoes.

Pour in your almond milk and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake until done. About 45 minutes.

Melt the velveeta cheese and drizzle over the finish baked potatoes.

Fry the chopped bacon and sprinkle on top, don't forget the chopped green onions!
