ingredients

  1. 3 red potatoes
  2. 1/2 yellow onion
  3. 3 slices thin ham
  4. Garlic salt
  5. Black pepper

 

methods

  1. Chopped up onion and ham, put it to aside.
  2. Diced red potatoes
  3. Cook onion and ham till onion gets tender then add potatoes with seasoning and add little water,cover for 3 min or potatoes is tender.
  4. I like mine with French toast and either bacon or sausage and make a meal😋
