  2. 1/2 yellow onion
  3. 3 slices thin ham
  4. Garlic salt

  • Chopped up onion and ham, put it to aside.
  • Diced red potatoes
  • Cook onion and ham till onion gets tender then add potatoes with seasoning and add little water,cover for 3 min or potatoes is tender.
  • I like mine with French toast and either bacon or sausage and make a meal😋
